Xiaomi is Working on the New App Called Mi Health

The Chinese tech giant Xiaomi is leading the Smartband industry with plenty of smart devices in the portfolio. Now, news has appeared the company is working on a new app concept naming Mi Health. For the purpose, Xiaomi has started to round up the data from all Mi smart devices like Mi Band, Mi Scale, and Mi Redmi phones.

The new Mi Health app will be in the latest MIUI beta build. And it will serve the users several advance features. Further, it will also ensure to share the features and data with the Mi Fit.

Recently, one of the XDA-Developers members made screenshots of the apk. He found the app on the 9.7.23 China developer build of the MIUI.

Mi Health App Will Include Various Smart Features

From the screenshots, it is clear that users will enjoy multiple technical features on the phone. The app will facilitate tracking steps and sleep data in the background.

Similarly, users are able to record data about the menstruation cycle calendar, BMI (Body Mass Index), tracking exercise goals, and overall health score as well.

If you want to own this apk app, you either need to be on the Xiaomi beta program in China or must have a rooted device completely. The reason behind is the XDA-Developers decided to hold the uploading of the files at this juncture.

The wait is underway for the availability of the Mi Health app by the company. The app seems to be configured with the Mi Fit to interchange the functionalities.

Concluding all, it is still not clear whether Xiaomi will replace the existing Mi Fit with new Mi Health app or both of them will coexist. If both exist, users will have a choice between an extensive range of features and a smaller footprint.
