In November last year, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 3 International Edition could be upgraded to the MIUI 11 stable version. But it still stays on Android 9. MIUI 11 based on Android 10 started beta testing as early as October last year. In December, Xiaomi opened the application for the core code of Android 10 in the MIX 3 international version. Until recently, the international version of MIX 3 did not receive the stable update of MIUI 11 based on Android 10.

The previous version of the stable version of the MIUI 11 based on Android 9 was 11.0.4.0, and the new version of the Android 10 based system is 11.0.3.0. This should be confusing for the users. However, the Android Security Patch Level (SPL) was updated from October 2019 to February 2020. In addition to a large number of Android 10 software enhancements, this update also includes fixes to the status bar and long screenshots. In addition, it is important to note that this firmware is not compatible with Xiaomi Mi MIX 3 5G version.

Recovery ROM (2.0GB)

Fastboot ROM (2.5GB)

The update is no longer considered a ‘stable beta’. As a result, you don’t explicitly need an ‘authorized Mi Account’ to sideload this build. People with an unlocked bootloader can also flash the Recovery ROM via TWRP or opt for the Fastboot package to perform a clean install.
