In October last year, Xiaomi’s ecological chain company GreenMi launched the Aqara smart door lock N100, priced at 1299 yuan ($187). Its main feature is the Mijia and Apple dual security chips, supporting seven convenient unlocking methods. Today, the newly upgraded Aqara smart door lock N200 has officially gone on sale. The new product is listed at 1,799 yuan ($259).
The new door lock still sports Apple security chips, passed Apple HomeKit security certification, supports one-button turn-on arming mode, and comes with a doorbell function.
The Aqara Smart Door Lock N200 uses an integrated 3D semiconductor fingerprint recognition. Just naturally hold the handle and open the door in one step. The 3D semiconductor fingerprint recognition can effectively reduce the impact of skin damage on fingerprint recognition and prevent false fingerprint unlocking.
