The battery version of the Xiaomi outdoor camera adopts an independent body design. Hence, you can easily install it without connecting the network cable or power cord.
Furthermore, the device has a wide viewing angle of 130° and a resolution of 1080p. Besides, it supports WDR wide dynamic technology and uses a large aperture of F2.1. The latter helps to capture the details of the picture even in backlight and dark light environments.
In addition, the Xiaomi new camera will reach up to 7 meters for long-distance night vision. Thanks to that it will show users the situation outside the house in a clear night environment.
The product also supports human form detection and voice change for intercoms. On top of that, it uses AI to recognize faces. So, it will analyze the contours of human figures and determine whether they are strangers or not.
The Xiaomi outdoor camera battery version supports three storage methods: local MicroSD card, U disk, and cloud storage. In other aspects, it supports IP65 dust and water resistance and can operate in an environment of -20°C to 50°C. It also has an ultra-long battery life of up to 90 days. That’s why it received its “battery version” name.
