Indian Smartphone Satisfaction And Loyalty Survey: Chinese Brands Are Almost Overpowered

According to Tencent Technology, the Indian Smartphone Satisfaction And Loyalty Survey company Nurr Research announced the Net Promoter Score (NPS) of several smartphone brands in the Indian market.The results show that Chinese brands are almost overwhelming.

Among them, OPPO ranked first, followed by OnePlus and Huawei. Then there are brands such as Apple, Xiaomi, Lenovo and Samsung. The score difference between them is very small. According to the survey, vivo is one of the brands with the highest marketing expenditure and sales. However, its net recommendation score is very low, far behind than other brands.

Net recommended values ​​are an important indicator of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Based on the level of the score, it indicates the likelihood that you will recommend (a company’s products or services) to a friend, family member or colleague. The results of this survey were based on an analysis of the responses of more than 500 respondents between the ages of 25 and 60.

According to the survey, these respondents averaged 64 minutes of online shopping. 67 minutes of social media, and more than an hour of watching movies/videos.
