The Xiaomi AIoT Router AX3600 is Xiaomi’s first WiFi 6 router. WiFi 6 (802.11ax) is a new generation of WiFi standards. Compared with the previous generation of WiFi 5 (802.11ac), it has greatly improved transmission speed, signal coverage and data delay. Especially when multiple terminal devices are connected at the same time, it can significantly reduce delays and stalls in end equipment.

Xiaomi AIoT Router AX3600 Features
In terms of specifications, the Xiaomi AIoT Router AX3600 comes with an enterprise-level professional chip IPQ8071A of Qualcomm’s 4-core 64-bit A53 CPU + 2 core network acceleration engine.
Th9s chip comes with a dual-core 1.7GHz network acceleration engine (NPU). Its unique design is designed to handle network traffic, allowing the CPU to focus on other upper-layer applications. The entire system operates more efficiently, traffic is forwarded faster, and long-term work is more stable.
More importantly, the Xiaomi AIoT router has 6 high-performance external signal amplifiers.
Specifically, the 2.4GHz band and the 5GHz bands are equipped with two and four external high-performance signal amplifiers (PA + LNA), respectively. PA (power amplifier) effectively enhances the signal transmission power, making the signal transmitted by the router farther and stronger through the wall. LNA (Low Noise Amplifier) can improve the signal receiving sensitivity. So, the router can receive farther and weaker signals.
In addition, the Xiaomi AIoT AX3600 has a unique AIoT smart antenna. When you open the Mijia app, you can discover uninitialized Xiaomi smart devices nearby and easily access the network with one click. You can help your parents quickly complete the configuration even when they are out of the house and parents buy a new Mijia smart device.
