Today, at the Xiaomi Spring New Product Launch Conference, Xiaomi officially released its new Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro.
The new Mi Notebook Pro is positioned as a thin and light business notebook. It adopts a 6-series aviation-grade aluminum alloy body with high-end CNC technology. It sports an 11-generation Intel Core H35 high-performance mobile processor, and a GeForce® MX450 discrete graphics card. The notebook also comes with a Thunderbolt 4 interface and a three-level adjustable backlight Full-size keyboard.
Other features include a 2-in-1 fingerprint power button, a 100W fast charge, etc. On the other hand, the Mi Notebook Pro supports WiFi 6, PCle 4.0, Xiao Ai, and MIUI+.
Mi Notebook Pro 15
The 15.6-inch OLED master screen of the Mi Notebook Pro 15 adopts a new generation of E4 self-luminous material, with a resolution of up to 261 PPI, and 1.07 billion dazzling color displays. The Delta E≈1 professional Class-level display color is accurate. The peak brightness is up to 600 nits, the contrast ratio is up to 1,000,000:1. And the gaming-level display rate is 1ms. It has over 7.64 million pixels and 3.6 times that of a normal FHD screen.
It debuted the latest Samsung E4 material OLED screen. The latter reduces power consumption by 16% compared to the previous generation E3 material. The brightness reaches 400nits. The color depth is 10bit, the contrast ratio is as high as 1000000:1, and the black field is almost 0nits.
In terms of core configuration, all Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pros use the new Intel 11th generation Core high-performance H35 processor. You can select the two processors i7-11370H and i5-11300H with MX450 2GB discrete graphics card or Intel Iris Xe core graphics card.
Further, it comes with an up to Intel 11 Core i7-11370H processor, 10nm process 4 cores 8 threads, core frequency up to 4.8GHz, with 35W high-performance release. At the same time, the whole system also features 16GB DDR4 3200MHz memory and a 512GB PCIe SSD solid-state drive.
Mi Notebook Pro 14/1
In terms of appearance, both the Xiaomi Notebook Pro 14 and 15 have brought two color options: Lunar Grey and Crescent Silver. The shell is made with smartphone-grade craftsmanship, combined with CNC integrated precision carving craftsmanship, 6-series aviation aluminum alloy, and 170# precision ceramic sandblasting. The whole machine is as thin as about 15.6/15.9mm. It weighs about 1.5/1.8kg and has a delicate and light feel.
In terms of battery life, the Mi Notebook Pro 14 and 15 sport 56 watt-hour and 66 watt-hour high-capacity batteries, respectively. Both of them support 100W fast charging and can charge up to 50% power in 37/35 minutes.
The new Notebook Pro brings 6 models for purchase. The Mi Notebook Pro 14 i5 officially costs 5299 yuan ($795). The i5 standalone version costs 5999 yuan ($900). And the price of the i7 standalone version is 6,999 yuan ($105).
The Xiaomi Notebook Pro 15 OLED i5 costs 6,499 yuan ($975), the i5 is 6,999 yuan ($1050), and the i7 is 7,999 yuan ($1200).
Among them, all 14 models will be available for pre-sale at 10 a.m. on April 26. All channels will sell the notebooks for the first time at 10 a.m. on May 1.
