Xiaomi has launched the new RedmiBook 14 notebook, equipped with AMD Ryzen R7-3700U processor, 512GB SSD, and priced at 3999 yuan ($571). It will be on sale in Jingdong tomorrow.

The RedmiBook 14 uses a 14-inch 1920 × 1080 resolution IPS screen with a 16:9 aspect ratio. It also comes with a full metal body design and a full-size keyboard.
In terms of configuration, the RedmiBook 14 sports the AMD Ryzen R7-3700U processor. In its turn, it is accompanied by an 8GB DDR4 2400MHz memory and a 512GB PCIe SSD. According to the official introduction, performance has been increased by 10%. Not only that, the laptop sports the Radeon Vega Graphics GPU. It has a 65W AC power adapter. According to the official introduction, battery life is 5-8 hours.
However, the biggest selling point is considered to be the Xiaomi mutual transmission function. It allows the Xiaomi notebooks and smartphones to achieve a cross-platform rapid file transmission. Apart from this, there are other useful features, including Xiaomi smart unlock 2.0 and other functions. So it can be unlocked through Xiaomi Mi Band 3 and Xiaomi Mi Band 3 NFC version, etc. As for ports, there is preserved a 3.5mm headphone jack and two USB 3.0 interfaces.
In terms of appearance, the laptop has two colors of moonlight silver and star sand ash. It weighs 1.5kg and has a 14-inch narrow frame display. By the way, the latter has a screen ratio of 81.2%.
