A Twitter user @Sudhanshu Ambhore has published a couple of photos leaked in China. As you can guess, we are talking about the alleged Redmi 9. The users also claims it will be equipped with MediaTek’s Helio G80 chipset. Thus, this phone will sport the same CPU as the Realme 6i released a week ago. In addition, the Redmi 9 will offer multiple configurations. But the base model will have 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage.

In addition, the camera’s rear camera parameters have also been exposed. Say, at the moment, we known the main sensor will have a 13MP resolution. And the other three lenses are the 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, a 5MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor.

We have also found that the leaked pictures showed the design of the Redmi 9 was inspired by the Redmi K30. The three camera sensors are placed vertically in the same module as the fingerprint reader, which looks like a hidden design. On the left, we can see a smaller module that houses the fourth camera and LED flash. There is a decorative ring on the outside. But unlike the Redmi K30, it is flush with the rest of the body.

In addition to the exposed purple version, there will be a green version as well.
