In this cut-throat 5G competition era, a new Xiaomi 5G smartphone has made to get through the 3C certification processes. Well, the name of the certified device is still in question and has not been revealed yet by the manufacturer. But as per the forecasts, it could be the member of the Redmi K30 Series.
Previously, the company’s founder and CEO Lei Jun had revealed during the Xiaomi Developers Conference that the brand-new Redmi K30 phone would be launched in December 2019. Further, the Redmi K30 is expected to come with the dual-mode 5G network configurations. It will include SA and NSA modes.
Features of Redmi K30
Earlier, Xiaomi had also shared a partial promo image of the Redmi K30 smartphone display. In it, we can see the punch-hole screen style in the pill-shaped area to host a dual-camera system for selfies. Admittedly, it will be the first smartphone by Xiaomi with the dual-mode 5G support.
As per the 3C certification claims, the Xiaomi Redmi K30 will tag a charger having model number MDY-11-EF along with the 30W Fast Charging support. Similarly, another certification report has disclosed that Xiaomi is ready to push the new smartphone into the market with a code name, ‘Pheonix’. It accumulates a 120 Hz refresh rate display as well as a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The report further adds that the smartphone will be most likely to be the K30.
If the provided information turns true, then it will be a huge deal with 120 Hz refresh rate display on the upper mid-range smartphone. It is also expected to adopt the SONY IMX686 60 MP sensor to lead the photography unit.
Therefore, all eyes are on the launch event, which is expected to happen next month as per the official claims.
