Samsung S20 Comes With A Minimum Of 12GB LPDDR5 RAM!

Today, according to Weibo Big V “Ice Universe”, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S20 series smartphones will be equipped with LPDDR5 RAM. The minimum configuration of the RAM will be 12GB. Not to mention a smartphone, this specification has even exceeded the memory of most people’s computers’ memory capacity.

Although it will start with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, we do not know what configuration combinations will be adopted for higher-end models. However, it is likely that a 16GB memory chip will come in the top version machine. In addition, the entire Samsung S20 series will use the upgraded new generation of LPDDR5 memory. According to the introduction on its official website, one can see that compared to LPDDR4X, LPDDR5 speed is increased 1.5 times. On the other hand, the power consumption is reduced by up to 45%.
