The new iPhone 11 will be released soon. DigiTimes, which has a better understanding of Taiwan’s industrial chain, brings news about Apple’s new flagship smartphone.

The report first confirmed further rumors about the new iPhone, such as the screen size will not change compared with the previous generation, that is, still 5.8-inch and 6.5-inch OLED screen models and 6.1-inch LCD screen model. The three new iPhones will still use Face ID and completely remove the 3D Touch feature.
The new iPhone 11 will use TSMC’s A13 chip based on the 7nm process, and the back can be used for reverse wireless charging of wearable products such as AirPods and Apple Watch. There will also be new color options, including the green and purple. But they will be available only on the iPhone XR.
The report subsequently announced that the battery capacity of the next-generation iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR will be increased to 3,200mAh, 3,500mAh, and 3,000mAh, respectively. Thus, these enhancements will be approximately 20%, 10%, and 2%, respectively.
The report also proposed a new possibility, that is, Apple may introduce dual-card dual-standby function for the 5.8-inch OLED screen model. Of course, it is still aimed at the Chinese market. At present, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR in China can support dual card dual standby. But iPhone XS does not support it.
Rumor has it that Apple will hold a special event on September 10 to release a new generation of iPhone, and will send a media invitation letter in the next few days.
