Today Garten released its Worldwide Shipments Of Devices 2019 report with some significant setbacks prediction for global mobile phone shipments. According to Gartner worldwide s-hipments report , global mobile phone shipments are expected to be around 1.754 billion 9units. This is big news because it’s going to be down 68 million from the 18,134 million units in 2018. It will be the worst decline in history for the global mobile market.
According to the report, in 2019, global smartphone shipments are expected to reach 1.754 billion units. It will be around 10% down from 1.9 billion units ship in 2015. The reason behind this change is increasing life expectancy of smartphones, which is consider as one of the most important features before buying a new phone. If users do not find devices with a reasonable life expectancy, they will no longer choose to change their smartphone.

From 2018, smartphones have seen significant growth in their life cycle, and it’s still continuing. According to the Gartner worldwide shipments report 2019, high-end smartphones phone life will increase from 2.6 years to 2.9 years in 2023.
