In a few days, on July 23, Honor will hold a new product launch conference and announce a number of much-anticipated products. Initially, we have been thinking this event will be held for one product only, that is, the Honor 9X. But later, we learned about new devices, including the Honor 9X Pro, the Honor Band 5, the Honor Smart Screen, and the Honor MagicBook Pro. All these devices are worth to look forward. But we are offering to keep eye on the Pro version of the upcoming phone.

Today, the manufacturer released two posters. Seems nothing strange with this. We mean it’s a pre-launch period, and it’s common to see promo posters. But interestingly, they show the Honor 9X Pro will support nighttime shooting without using the flashlight.
Low-light shooting has been always the main indicator showing whether a smartphone is good at photography or not. So if taking into account these posters and the real photo samples showcased previously, we can say the Honor 9X Pro will have no rivals.
Moreover, the posters confirm the news the Honor 9X Pro will be packed with a 48MP camera, which uses a ½-inch sensor. We can’t say the excellent nighttime shooting capabilities are conditioned with this sensor. But one thing is clear as the day. The company has done a lot of job to make the 9X Pro out of the competition. But on the back, it will have to other sensors as well – 16MP and 2MP.

As for the rest of the features, the Honor 9X Pro is said to come with dimensions of 163.1 × 77.2 × 8.8mm, and the weight of 206g. The screen size is 6.59 inches, which has a resolution of 2340×1080. The battery capacity is 3900mAh. The phone will be available in various memory combinations of 4/6/8GB RAM and 64/128/256GB ROM.
Under the hood, it will carry a Kirin 810 quasi-flagship chip based on a 7nm process node. Of course, this handset will support GPU Turbo 3.0, and run on the new EMUI 9.1 system.
