The Huawei 5G R&D cycle is as high as 10 years, the 5G standard proposal exceeds 18,000, the 5G core patent number is the first in the industry, and the 5G base station shipment exceeds 150,000.

He Gang emphasized that Huawei has leading end-to-end 5G R&D and product capabilities in 5G era, including 5G algorithm, 5G terminal chip, 5G smartphone, 5G CPE, 5G wireless device, 5G transmission device, 5G core network, and 5G cloud service and content.
With the arrival of the 5G era, the Huawei Mate 20 X 5G version was officially unveiled. This is Huawei’s first 5G mobile phone for sale in the Chinese market.
He Gang said that the Mate 20 X 5G version is the industry’s first 5G smartphone with dual 7nm chips (Kirin 980 + Barong 5000).
According to the official introduction, Baron 5000 is the first to achieve the industry’s benchmark 5G peak download rate. It has achieved 4.6Gbps in the sub-6GHz (low-frequency band, 5G main frequency band) band, and 6.5Gbps in the millimeter-wave (high-frequency band, 5G extended band) frequency band. This is 10 times the experience rate of 4G LTE.
More importantly, the phone supports NSA and SA. From January 1, 2020, 5G terminal must have SA mode. This is the only commercial smartphone supporting SA/NSA 5G dual-mode.
