Today, OPPO issued a statement, announcing that the Realme Q series will be officially released on September 5.
Realme officially said that they are fully ready for the quad-camera era! Meet the new series Realme Q on September 5! Realme’s Q is the four-camera phone series previously released in India, including Realme 5 and Realme 5 Pro, in addition to an unreleased Realme XT.

The Realme 5 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor and a 5000mAh battery. In terms of camera, it sports a 13MP cameras on the front and a 12MP quad-camera on the rear, including a 12MP main lens, an 8MP super-wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth of field lens.
The Realme 5 Pro is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 processor and a 4035mAh battery. Its front camera has a 16MP resolution, while the rear camera comes with a 48MP Sony IMX586 main sensor, an 8MP super wide angle lens, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth of field lens.
The Realme XT is equipped with the Snapdragon 712 AIE processor. The quad-camera consists of Realme’s 64-megapixel sensor based on Samsung’s 64-megapixel ISOCELL Bright GW1 CMOS, ultra-wide-angle camera (119 degrees, 8 megapixels), 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP deep lens.
Of course, the China’s version may differ from these. But as the company said we should wait until September 5 to learn everything about the new Realme Q series.
By the way, it turns out this is not a new series. It just combines the mentioned three models. But as they all come with a quad-camera, the company has decided to call this line Q (quad).
