Redmi 9 Appeared On The Official Xiaomi Global Website

Recently, Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi launched the Redmi Note 9 series of smartphones in India and the global market. In the Indian market, it includes the Redmi Note 9 Pro and the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max. The brand also launched the Redmi Note 9, the Redmi Note 9S, and the Redmi Note 9 Pro smartphones. The only thing missing now is the Redmi 9. As for today, the name of the machine has appeared on the official website of Xiaomi Global.

The Redmi 9 (model: M2004J19G) has obtained an RF certification. This also implies that the handset will be released soon. Although the certification does not tell us anything about this device, this is the first time that the name of Redmi 9 has been officially confirmed.

In addition, the Redmi 9 has appeared in various global certification databases, such as the Eurasian EEC certification, the official website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, and the 3C certification in China. 3C certification shows that the Redmi 9 will be equipped with a 10W charger as standard.

This is all the information about the Redmi 9 phone at present. However, previously, we have heard more about this handset. It turns out, the Redmi 9 will sport a Helio G70 SoC. If this is true, the company has decided to pack it with a MediaTek chip in order to control the price. But as for the previous model, it sport a low-end Snapdragon SoC. Also, we have seen it leaked in a subway. Externally, the smartphone looks like the Redmi K30.
