A few days ago, Xiaomi launched the Redmi 9 smartphone. This handset is equipped with the MediaTek Helio G80 SoC and can also boast of a quad-camera. When the phone was out, we learned that it has 3GB/32GB and 4GB/64GB memory configurations. At present, this model has not been launched in China. But we already are getting more and more news.

Today, GSMArena pointed out that the Redmi 9 may have a third version when it is launched in China. And not surprisingly, it will get a 6GB RAM and a 128GB storage space. In fact, this is quite reliable news because this configuration has been listed on the certification website of TENAA.
As for the rest of the features, the Redmi 9 comes with a 6.53-inch LCD screen. The latter has a Full HD+ resolution and a bangs that carries an 8MP front camera on the top. This smartphone has a textured finish on the back and can accommodate a four-camera layout. The camera on the back consists of a 13MP + 8MP + 5MP + 2MP. It also supports a fingerprint reader.
Under the hood, the Redmi 9 is powered by a 5,020mAh battery, which can be charged with up to 18W through the USB-C port. Unfortunately, the charger in the box can only charge up to 10W. So those who want to get a faster charging should spend extra money to get their hands on a new charger.
At the moment, there is no official information how much this series will cost in China.
