Omdia’s ‘Smartphone Model Market Tracking’ shows that the Redmi Note 7 has become the only Chinese model on the list among the TOP10 smartphone models with the highest shipments in 2019 .

The Redmi Note 7 is the first model launched after the independence of the Redmi brand. It was released in January 2019.
According to official data, the Redmi Note 7 series has been on sale for 7 months, and global sales have exceeded 20 million units. This milestone achievement is an indication that fans all over the world are loving the Redmi Note series which remains one of its bestselling series. It is worth noting that the surge in sales figures could not be unconnected to more stock in existing regions as well as launches in new markets.
Lu Weibing said that the Redmi Note 7 has been on the market since January 15th. After more than 7 months, its performance is still outstanding.
In the core configuration, the Redmi Note 7 uses a 6.3-inch waterdrop screen. It is equipped with a full-blood version of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor. Launched at an introductory price tag of 1,399 Yuan (~$203), the Redmi Note 7 64GB storage variant is selling now in Chin at of 1,199 Yuan (~$174), while the 128GB version is now down to 1,399 Yuan (~$203) from the launch price of 1,599 Yuan (~$232).
