Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra Pushes MIUI12 Update, supports GPU automatic upgrade function

On August 11, 2020, Xiaomi launched the Mi 10 Ultra and Redmi K30 Ultra. The Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra and the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro, released at the beginning of the year, are both the ninth generation versions of the Mi 10 series. But the Mi 10 Ultra is the smartphone model with the highest positioning and the highest price in the Mi 10 series.

The Mi 10 Ultra is now getting the MIUI V12.0.15.0.QJJCNXM stable version update. The size of the update package is only 519MB. The update includes the GPU driver self-upgrade function and solutions to several system problems.

According to feedback from many users in the Xiaomi community, multiple problems in the previous version (MIUI V12.0.13) still exist. Several old problems, such as WeChat external playback and disconnection are not fixed. Some netizens also noticed that the users should restore the screen color style after each restart. Furthermore, to the default adaptive mode, the battery life problem is more serious.

As a reminder, the Mi 10 Ultra features are powerful and competent enough. It uses a 6.67-inch 19.5:9 curved OLED display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chip. Speaking about the storage, it supports up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of ROM. The current retail price of the product starts at 5299 Yuan ($810).
