Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro Leaked On GeekBench, Showing Highest Scores

Xiaomi has been always known not only for its cost-effective smartphones but for strong performance as well. Various models from Xiaomi or its sub-brands such as Black Shark have been leading the AnTuTu lists in the past. This is not going to stop. Today, the next-gen Mi flagship dubbed as the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro appeared on GeekBench, showing it’ll be one of the most powerful devices around the globe.

As you should know, the Mi 9T Pro and Mi 9T are the original variants of the Redmi K20 Pro and K20. But seems the manufacturer has made a few improvements, making this series score the highest points. However, it’s expected because Xiaomi is not only struggling against other brands but with its own Redmi as well.

As for the GeekBench results, the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro scores 3453 points and 10363 points in the single-core and multi-core tests, respectively. The test was held for the Snapdragon 855-powered version, which is also paired with an 8GB of RAM and runs on Android 9.

Xiaomi MI 9T Pro Specs

Compared with the Xiaomi Mi 9, the biggest change of the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro is the pop-up front camera and a genuine full-screen. The latter has a size of 6.39 inches and a resolution of 2340×1080. At the same time, the battery capacity is increased to 4000mAh, and the 3.5mm headphone hole is reserved (the Mi 9 battery capacity is 3300mAh and there is no 3.5mm headphone jack).

It is worth noting that the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro does not support wireless charging, while the Xiaomi Mi 9 supports 20W wireless flash charging.

As for the camera, the Mi 9T comes with a 48MP wide-angle + 8MP telephoto + 13MP super wide-angle triple-camera, while the original Mi 9 was packed with a 48MP wide-angle + 12MP telephoto + 16MP super wide-angle sensors combination.

The phone will be officially released on June 12.
