Huami launched its first Amazfit series smartwatch in India three years ago. And today, this company brought another line to this market. Zepp, which is in deep cooperation with Huami, has launched the Zepp Z smartwatch. It is a premium smartwatch, which offers more than 50 watch faces and Alexa voice assistant support.
The Zepp Z smartwatch costs ₹25,999 ($349), and it will go on sale starting July 20 in India. As a reminder, this watch has managed to land in China. But the Indian price is much lower. In China, it costs CNY 2,699 ($417). However, there are minor differences as well. Say, the Chinese variants comes with an ECG support, which the Indian edition lacks.
As for the key features, the Zepp Z smartwatch uses a circular dial with a 1.39-inch color display and a resolution of 454×454 pixels. This AMOLED touchscreen with 500 nits of peak brightness and 326PPI of pixel density. On the top, it has a 2.5D Gorilla Glass 3 to protect the display from scratches.
As said, you can choose any from 50 watch faces. On the chassis, we can find three buttons. They all are on the right. But under it and inside, there are many sensors such as the heart monitoring sensor, an oxygen level monitoring sensor, and also features a stress and sleep monitor.

We are dealing with a true smartwatch, so it’s reasonable to see 90 sports modes as well as GPS support. But we’d like to focus on the Alexa voice assistant support, which can serve you even offline. The Alexa assistant comes with support for 58 voice commands for a hands-free experience.
Lastly, our protagonist has a 340mAh battery, which provides up to 15 days of battery life on a single charge. As for the latter, it’s done through the magnetic wireless charger in 2.5 hours.
