US Custom Servers Are Down, International Passengers Left Stranded

According to foreign media, TheVerge reported that this Friday, the US Customs and Border Protection server crashed. It cause delays in international passengers at most busy airports in the United States.

Core departure airports such as JFK, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Philadelphia, O’Hare, Chicago Midway, and Seattle Tacoma have experienced varying degrees of delay. The US Customs and Border Protection says that the problem was temporary. Which caused problems in the US airport entry and exit system and took action to solve the problem.

On Friday afternoon local time, the system gradually recovered, but the US Customs Department did not disclose the reasons for the downfall of the customs system. The failure of the customs system has caused a large number of passengers to stay in major outbound airports. After the system restore, the major airports gradually resumed order.
