US Stocks Plummeted: Intel, Qualcomm, Broadcom, NVIDIA and other chip stocks all fell

According to foreign media reports, US stocks fell sharply on Friday. The three major stock indexes fell more than 2%, Intel, Qualcomm, Broadcom, AMD, Nvidia and other chip stocks also all declined.

At the close of the US stock market on Friday, the Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 2,602.89 points, down 623.34 points, or 2.37%. The S&P 500 index closed at 2,847.11 points, down 75.84 points, or 2.59%. The Nasdaq Composite Index It closed at 7751.77 points, down 239.62 points, a decrease of 3%.

The overall performance of US stocks was not good. Several important chip stocks such as Intel, Qualcomm, Broadcom, AMD and NVIDIA also declined.

At the close on Friday, Intel reported $44.96, down $1.82 from the closing price of $46.78 on the previous trading day, a decrease of 3.89%.

Qualcomm closed at $73.52, down $3.63 from the closing price of $77.15 on the previous trading day, a decrease of 4.71%.

Broadcom closed at $272.13, down $15.49 from the $287.62 at the close of the previous trading day, a drop of 5.39%.

At the close of the US stock market on Friday, AMD reported $29.54, which was $31.9 at the close of the previous trading day, down $2.36, or 7.4%.

Graphics processor maker NVIDIA closed at $162.44 on Friday, down $9.04 from $171.48 at the close on Thursday, a drop of 5.27% and more than 5%.
