Last night, OPPO’s new flagship Find X2 series was officially released. Among them, Find X2 Pro reached the top of DXoMark for the first time and tied with Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro for the first time with a total score of 124 points. Among them, 134 points have been given for taking pictures and 104 points for videos, which are also on par with Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro.

However, in Lei Jun’s view, Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro still has room for improvement in taking pictures. Today, he issued a statement on Weibo. In order to launch the Snapdragon 865, we ‘submitted the paper in advance’ in the DXoMark test. As of today, our model still ranks first!

On March 4, Lei Jun announced on Weibo: ‘The Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro can already upgrade the DXoMARK camera version. It is understood that the OTA upgrade will be gradually opened, and the system version can be upgraded to ‘stable version V11.0.12’’. Lei Jun also said that Xiaomi Mi 10’s camera will be upgraded soon.
Why is the DXoMark firmware released now? Zhang Guoquan, director of Xiaomi’s smartphone system software department, said: ‘The main reason is to send the card for the test time. Before the score is obtained, the smartphone has actually begun production. But there is still a lot of room for improvement.’
In other words, after upgrading the DXoMark firmware, the Xiaomi Mi 10 users will truly feel the powerful first experience of taking pictures and videos.
DXoMark in its turn pointed out in the review report that, overall, the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro’s image effect is similar to last year’s CC9 Pro exclusive version. And the better effect is due to the more powerful Snapdragon 865 chipset.
DXOoMark stated: ‘If anyone still needed convincing that Xiaomi is one of the top camera designers in the mobile business after the Mi CC9 Pro Premium Edition’s stellar performance at the end of last year, the Mi 10 Pro should definitely cement Xiaomi’s reputation. Despite using very similar imaging hardware as the Premium Edition, Xiaomi managed to improve the Mi 10 Pro in several key areas, thanks to a combination of refined tuning and the processing boost of the Snapdragon 865 chipset.
The new device’s camera delivers excellent (and sometimes class-leading) results in virtually all test categories, making it a top choice for any mobile photography or videography enthusiast, as well as a very deserving new leader in our DXOMARK Camera ranking.’
