Xiaomi Mi 10 Sales Don’t Yield iPhone 11 Sales

Recently, iPhone’s shipments in China reached 490,000 units in February. This caused a lot of discussions because we know Apple doesn’t perform well in this market. When talking about this, Pan Jiutang, a partner of the Xiaomi Industry Investment Department, accidentally revealed the Xiaomi Mi 10 series sales in February in the comments.

Apple’s iPhone sales in the Chinese market in February were 494,000, far lower than the 1.27 million in February 2019. In January this year, iPhone sales in the Chinese market were 2.3 million.

Pan Jiutang commented, saying: ‘I personally feel that media’s iPhone sales figures in February are not quite right. And there should be far more than that. Otherwise, the sales and reservations of the Xiaomi Mi 10 series two smartphones in February are not much different from this number.

In addition to the great hardware and design, Xiaomi Mi 10 series’ excellent price/performance ratio should also be one of the reasons for its popularity. Recently, many users joked that Xiaomi Mi 10 was ‘forced to price/performance ratio’. Lei Jun also said that the cost of this phone is indeed higher than expected.
