The Xiaomi Mi Band 3 was considered to be one of the best-selling smartbands in the world. It managed to ship over 10 million units in less than half a year. Not accidentally, according to IDC statistics, Xiaomi is China’s number one wearable maker. Even the Cupertino-based Apple fell to second place. However, the latest model of Xiaomi was launched a year ago. That’s why we have been waiting for the fourth-gen Xiaomi Mi Band 4 for a while. Previously, a few leaks and rumors appeared on the net. But nothing certain we’ve known about it. Today, slashleaks posted a few photos showing the appearance of the upcoming smartband.

According to the images provided by this source, the forthcoming Xiaomi Mi Band 4 will be packed with an OLED color screen. At the same time, the ‘small circle’ touch button below is no longer concave, but integrated.

When it comes to the functions of the Xiaomi Mi Band 4, it’s said the band will support Xiaomi’s voice assistant, namely Xiao Ai. From the previous leaks, we learned the Mi Band 4 will support Bluetooth 5.0 standard and NFC. Also, the battery capacity should be increased from 110mAh to 135mAh, which should help the smartband in providing a longer life on a single charge.

Honestly, the appearance of the Xiaomi Mi Band 4 won’t differ much from the third-gen model. But it will sport a color display. This is quite expected because Huawei’s current models (including the Honor Band) are packed with color displays too. So if Xiaomi wants to keep its leading positions, it should come in with such a screen.

Though there is no certain launch date set for the Mi Band 4, many users think it will hit the market sometime in summer.
