On the evening of June 11, Xiaomi released the latest version of the Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro 15.6-inch. The design remains unchanged. But there are some upgrades of the processor and discrete graphics card. The price starts at 5799 yuan ($821).

The Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro 15.6 2020 model continues the mold of the previous enhanced version of the Xiaomi Notebook Pro, with a silver-gray tone.

Under the hood, it carries the latest Intel 10th-generation Core processor. All variants belong to the 14nm Comet Lake-U family. You can choose any from i5-10210U and i7-10510U models. All chips have four cores and eight threads, with main frequencies of 1.6-4.2GHz and 1.8-4.9GHz, respectively. The three-level cache is 6MB and 8MB respectively, and the thermal design power consumption is 15W.

Well, the laptops also upgraded the graphics card to the latest NVIDIA MX350. The latter is based on the Pascal architecture, has 640 stream processors, 64-bit 2GB GDDR5 video memory, and thermal design power consumption is 25W full blood.
Other aspects are basically the same as the old model: 15.6-inch full-fit high-definition screen, Corning’s third-generation Gorilla glass, 6.52 mm narrow bezel, 81.5% screen ratio, 100% sRGB color gamut, and 178-degree wide viewing angle.

Three operating modes: quiet, balanced, and full speed. The Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro also has dual heat pipe and dual fan cooling system, dual channel DDR4-2666 memory, PCIe NVMe solid state drive, full size keyboard, fingerprint unlock touchpad, two USB 3.1/two USB-C/HDMI /3.5mm/SD card reader, Dolby audio custom speaker, dual antenna 802.11ac Wi-Fi, 60Whr battery (17 hours of local video playback) and 1C fast charge (50% charge in 40 minutes).


In terms of price, the i5/8GB/512GB/MX350 is 5799 yuan, and the i7/16GB/1TB/MX350 is 6999 yuan ($991).
