OPPO Reno 3 Pro 5G to Become Thinnest Dual-mode 5G Smartphone

OPPO will launch the Reno 3, the Reno 3 Pro, and the Reno 3 Pro 5G smartphones this month. It’s scheduled to hit the market on December 26. The entire OPPO Reno 3 series has a built-in 5G integrated chip. Also, it supports SA/NSA dual-mode 5G networks. Now, Qualcomm has confirmed that the OPPO Reno 3 Pro 5G sports Snapdragon 765 processor.

While the render appears to have a notch-less screen, it could possibly house a punch-hole cutout on the top left corner, which is covered up in the tweet’s image.

Aside from the 5G network support, other specifications of the OPPO Reno 3 Pro 5G remain unknown. However, both the standard the Reno 3G and the Pro variant will run on OPPO’s new operating system, ColorOS 7.

There are two models of the Reno 3 Pro 5G passed through certification – PCRM00 and PCRT00. But both share the same specs. Previously, according to the appointment information, we learned it will come with a 5G chip. The product comes with Qualcomm’s 5G chip, Snapdragon 765G. At the same time, we learned that the OPPO Reno 3 will sport the MediaTek 5G chip. In terms of the OPPO Reno 3 Pro body thickness, it is controlled at 7.7mm. The original version will come with a body thickness of 7.96mm. So we are dealing with the thinnest 5G smartphone.

Recently, the OPPO Reno 3 Pro 5G smartphone has been entered into the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. This smartphone uses a 6.5-inch AMOLED punch-hole screen design. In terms of camera, the rear vertically arranged four sensors have the following resolutions: 48MP +13MP +8MP +2MP. The front camera has a 32MP resolution. Nevertheless, the OPPO Reno 3 shows that it will use a water drop screen design.
