The large-storage version of Redmi K30 5G is coming, with 8GB + 256GB top configuration. The starting price is 2899 yuan ($412), and it will be sold for the first time on February 24.
Previously the Redmi K30 5G offered three storage versions: 6 + 64GB 1999 yuan ($284), 6 + 128GB 2299 yuan ($327), and 8 + 128GB 2599 yuan ($370).
Today flagship phones generally start with 128GB of storage. As the flagship smartphone of Redmi K30, the launch of a higher storage version is also highly anticipated.
The K30 5G is Redmi’s first 5G smartphone, and it is also the lowest-priced dual-mode 5G smartphone to date. Lu Weibing, president of Xiaomi Group China and general manager of the Redmi brand, emphasized that the 5G era is coming. In terms of photography, the front-facing camera uses a 20MP + 2MP AI dual camera, while the rear module comes with the 64MP (Sony IMX686 world premiere) main lens +8MP super-wide-angle lens + 5MP super macro lens + 2MP depth of field lens. The battery capacity is 4500mAh, and it supports 30W fast flash charge.
