Redmi Note 7S Officially Landed in India

Redmi’s Note series is very popular because it’s considered to be one of the best brands offering cost-effective smartphones. Previously, this line was known for its mid-range and low-end smartphones. But after its independence, the manufacturer announced there will be genuine flagships as well. However, before the K20 and K20 Pro hit the market, the company decided to bring another model packed with a decent specs list. Today, the Redmi Note 7S was launched in India. It is the second Xiaomi phone in India with a 48-megapixel camera and a 4000mAh battery.

The Redmi Note 7S features a 6.3-inch FHD+ water drop screen with the Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on both the front and the back. It is also powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660AIE processor and comes in two models: 3GB RAM + 32GB storage and 4GB RAM + 64GB storage. As said, the phone is also equipped with a 4,000mAh battery, which supports Type-C and Quick Charge 4.0.

In terms of camera, the Redmi Note 7S is equipped with a 48-megapixel and 5-megapixel dual-rear camera that supports PDAF, EIS, and AI portrait mode. The front of the phone carries a 13-megapixel selfie shooter that supports AI portrait mode.

Other features of the Redmi Note 7S include the back fingerprint recognition module, the face recognition, dual SIM (hybrid slot), VoLTE, P2i splash-proof coating and infrared emitter.

The Redmi Note 7s will be available in 3GB + 32GB and 4GB + 64GB versions, with prices in India at 10,999 rupees (about $158) and 12,999 rupees (about $186).
