Xiaomi Mi A3 Landed in India, Start at 12,999 INR

It was reported that the Xiaomi Mi A3 landed in the Indian market, starting at INR 12,999 (approximately $181). This news comes our way from GSMArena. As you should know, it is the successor of the well-known Xiaomi Mi A2 launched last year. Generally, the Mi A series smartphones participate Google’s Android One project. This simply means the phone runs on pure Android system.

The Mi A3 came in two versions to the Indian market. The first version has a 4GB of RAM and a 64GB of storage. It is priced at 12,999 Indian rupees. The second version has a 6GB of RAM and a 128GB of storage, and the price is 15,999 Indian rupees (about $222). Both versions are available in white, blue, and black. The Xiaomi Mi A3 will be available for sale at 12 noon on August 23. The device will be available at Amazon India Online Store and Xiaomi Online Store.

The source also said that the Mi A3 is the first smartphone in the series to use Super AMOLED screen. Now the visibility in the sun should be much better than before. The Xiaomi Mi A3 is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor, which is not a huge upgrade compared to the Xiaomi Mi A2 (equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 660). Previously, the battery capacity of the A series was relatively small. Xiaomi used 4000mAh on the A3 that also supports 18W fast charging. Finally, Xiaomi Mi A3 is an Android One device that will get software updates sooner than others.
